NeeDoh ships only to addresses within the United States. Free standard shipping applies to every US order.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and US holidays.

Transit and tracking

Standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days after processing. A tracking number is provided after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Address, delays, and tax

Please provide a complete US delivery address. Weather, carrier disruptions, or an address correction may affect delivery timing. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel before shipment; after shipment, use the Refund Policy.
